Registration and bursaries for ELF Patient Organisation Networking Day at the ERS Congress 2020 are now open

This year’s ERS International Congress will take place from 5 – 9 September 2020 in Vienna, Austria. Registration to attend the ELF Patient Organisation Networking Day and bursary applications are now open.

ELF Patient Organisation Networking Day is an event held during the ERS International Congress. This year it will take place on Saturday 5 September. It brings together representatives from a wide range of respiratory patient organisations across Europe and is an opportunity to share good practice, ideas and build partnerships.

Activities on the day include:

Attendees must be affiliated to a patient organisation in the ELF patient organisation network. Your organisation can join the network for free by completing the ELF network application survey. Please note that if your organisation is already part of the ELF network, you will be required to complete the transparency survey, unless you have joined the network since 1 January 2020.

To register your attendance, please complete the registration survey. Organisations can register more than one representative to attend the day, but each individual must complete the survey. The deadline to register attendance is Tuesday 30 June. Registration to attend additional parts of the ERS Congress opens on 7 April 2020 and must be done on the ERS Congress website.

You may also be eligible to apply for a bursary of €350 or €700 to help with travel costs. Please note that only one representative per organisation can apply for a bursary. Bursary eligibility criteria can be found in the registration handbook. The deadline to apply for a bursary is Friday 17 April. You can still register to attend after 17 April, but you will not be able to apply for a bursary.

Please note that if you are a member of the ELF Patient Advisory Committee, you will receive an email with specific instructions about your registration.
