The oxygen policies for Aeroflot are listed below, however, Aurora does mention on their website that portable oxygen concentrators (with dimensions not greater than 55 x 40 x 20 cm) may be shipped in excess of the free carry-on baggage allowance free of charge as carry-on items (one-per-passenger).
Requests for special services can be made over the telephone (+7 (495) 380-35-85) or using a customer request form on the Aeroflot website.
Portable Oxygen Concentrators
Passengers may carry POCs in addition to their carry-on baggage free of charge. Requests to carry a POC must be made no later than 48 hours before departure, and carriage will be confirmed after the request is granted. When making a request you will be asked to provide the following information:
- Make and model of the device
- Type of disposable or rechargeable batteries the device uses
- Whether the device is needed constantly or periodically
The POC must not exceed 55x40x20 cm in size and the batteries charged to last the duration of the flight. After check-in, the POC shall undergo a security check for items and substances prohibited for carriage by air. The passenger also needs to provide transport documents (the datasheet and certificate of registration) for the concentrator.
Aeroflot does not provide oxygen cylinders, but passengers may carry portable oxygen cylinders as long as each cylinder does not exceed 5kg in weight. - Number of accompanying persons (medical professionals)
- The presence of required additional medical equipment; its size and weight
- Particular aspects of using the additional medical equipment (whether it is mains or battery powered, what type of batteries it uses)

Passengers can carry oxygen bags for medicinal use if a medical certificate, authenticated with a seal, is provided. The oxygen bag shall not exceed the size limits established for carry-on baggage so that it can be safely stowed away under the seat in front during takeoff, descent and landing.
Passengers can carry portable aerosol oxygen cans fitted with breathing masks (oxygen-nitrogen mixture) for medicinal use without advance notice, if a medical certificate, authenticated with a seal, is provided.
After check-in, the oxygen therapy equiptment shall undergo a security check for items and substances prohibited for carriage by air. The passenger also needs to provide transport documents (the datasheet, certificate of registration, technical inspection certificate, and medical certificate authenticated with a seal) for the equiptment.
